I agree that these are qualities that ought to be prioritized when appropriate. But CxD definitely disagrees that they canβt be taught.
We all start out a helpless mess. And even if we remain a mess decades later, understanding the reasons we have for our sub-optimal strategies will help us grow into new ones.
